November is National Family Caregivers Awareness Month! Caregivers often put their own needs aside, navigating immense emotional and physical challenges daily to support their loved ones. To recognize their commitment, we are hosting a special giveaway! We'll be awarding a comforting self-care package filled with items designed for relaxation, alongside a practical caregiving journal to help manage the journey. It's a small way to give back to those who give so much, reminding them that their efforts are seen, appreciated, and supported.
